Andy -- Thanks for posting about this. I'm hoping to get as much feedback as possible. BTW, it's not actually a 20 message limit. It's a 20 *unreciprocated* message limit. Each person who responds increases your quota by one. The goal is to reduce the spam without impacting conversations.
Eric - thanks for your clarification. 20 non-reciprocated messages per day sounds enough for me. I wonder how many messages an average spammer sent out everyday.
